What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

We understand things happen, so please try and give a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellations or no shows with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of $25.

Do You Offer A Rescan Policy If My Baby Doesn't Cooperate Or Gender Is Questionable?

Yes, if this happens and we’re unable to obtain any images of the baby’s face due to the baby’s position, maternal factors, or technical issues, there is nothing to worry about! 4baby Ultrasound & Photography wants you to meet your little one and see baby. We offer one complimentary rescan within 7 days of the appointment Monday-Thursday.

If we are unable to see gender at 14 weeks+ or we just want to make sure before confirming, we will schedule you back in for a complimentary re-scan within 1-2 weeks of the original appointment.

*We also offer a reduced fee of $45 for a second scan if we get some images of the baby, but you would like a second chance to see baby and try and get better images. This is typically scheduled within 2 weeks of your original appointment.

We provide a safe and comfortable environment for you and your guests to experience your gender blood test, 2D gender reveal or 3D sonograms and 4D ultrasounds.
